The room was big and clean and bathroom too.
I didn't like the smell of weed as soon I walked in the reception.
Plenty of parking, large size room, smoking rooms available, refrigerator worked well.
Overpriced for a motel, also I didn’t like the fact that I couldn’t control the temperature of the room.
They allowed smoking in their rooms and did not specify this to me when I booked with my children. It was poorly maintained with rude front desk staff and very unsanitary.
The room had a refrigerator
There was no iron or hangers
We loved that there was onsite parking! Room was spacious Had Wi-Fi Had charging ports on wall
There was no elevator, with bags & babies it was a little difficult, but not many steps to second floor. There was no heat, I froze for hours, called front desk multiple times with no answer. Finally I walked down to ask how to work the heat, I was told they don’t have any heat only air conditioning, she did turn ours off and it wasn’t as cold. No comforters for the beds just a fleece blanket n it had burn holes. Bathroom had long black hair on shower walls n floors. Towels were thin and dingy looking. Bed frames are metal so every time we walk over to bed our feet hit it and it would make a loud sound.
