Location quiet well cared for staff great

Little more $ than I’d like, bathroom not great

It was clean, smelled great in many areas, staff was friendly and attentive

The beds just aren’t very comfortable, the pillows far too flat. We travel with our profoundly autistic son and it was rough that we couldn’t get his favorite show on the tv. Made his time a lot more difficult, but, we can fix this in the future, so not a huge deal. But the beds and the pillows were just so uncomfortable.

Our experience started off poorly. The front desk staff did not allow us to use the common areas before check-in, even though we had a wedding to attend early. We asked if we could at least use a restroom to get dressed, and he refused. Essentially asking us to leave until it was time to check in. He was extremely rude and unhelpful. Once we finally checked in, the room was not clean. I found hair in the bed and on the towels. It was honestly disgusting. Very disappointed with both the service and the cleanliness.
