This hotel is closed. I got there at 12:30 and it had a sign on the door stating that they are closed

when we got there was a man an woman met us at the door an said it's not a motel anymore they got it an changing to a drug rehab. the one's that had it told the people they would get in touch with everyone but they never . there was a Blue grass festival

the musicians had to drive 50 miles one way for rooms i called my card to get my money back

My only recommendation is place needs some updating. Get new bed linens. Ditch the bedspreads. No bedspread is better than having one. Ditch the room carpet. remove all the Wallpaper.

Rooms was nice and clean. Staff was helpful and friendly. It was a short drive to Cumberland Falls. Great value and overall good experience!

Usually two star hotels have flaws. This one has no flaws. In room coffee would be nice.

Never got in. The reservation was confirmed to me but the hotel was overbooked and I was never notified. Absolutely the amateur incompetent move I have ever experienced. I have paid you people a lot of money over the last 15 years.

Have no idea never got in you screwed up my booking and left me cold. Spent lots with you over 15 years and all I get is $30.00 for inconvenience. Have to think long and hard about my next booking.

Yes, there was not any coffee in the room, almost every hotel I stay at has that. Also, I choose hotels that have a pool on purpose and it was closed. I also had trouble getting the tv to work, had to turn it off and on quite a few times.

The owner was very kind.
