Comfort Inn Fairgrounds

Breakfast was good. Bed was OK too.

The external building and parking lot LOOKS AWFUL. The inside was nicer and clean. Based on the external view, if I did not have reservations already I would have turned around and looked for another hotel.

It’s around 7 miles from the JMA and it’s a perfect way to stay close to the city with a little bit of peace..

While some would complain bout the noise from traffic going by on the highway, it lulled me to sleep. AC was cold, room was clean and comfy, front desk lady was very nice… out of the way doesn’t have to mean bad..

Breakfast was good and plentiful. Room was clean and properly stocked.

Maintenance was not up to par. Air conditioner was not clean and it smelled unpleasant. There was no stopper for the bathtub drain. There was a gash in the wallpaper on one wall. The lawn outside was uncut and weedy. Looked like an abandoned property at first glance. The neighborhood was kind of industrial. Would not want to stroll around there.

Clean, quiet. The staff are PHENOMENAL. So friendly and welcoming!
