One staff member stood out for her exceptional service—she was kind, attentive, and did her best to accommodate our needs. The rooms themselves are beautifully designed, comfortable, and the kitchen well-equipped with everything needed for an overnight.
I had to switch rooms twice due to strong smells of stale cigarettes, and one of the bathrooms had visible mold—likely caused by the poor shower design, which only has a partial glass panel, leading to water buildup. Despite placing a “Do Not Disturb” sign on the door, housekeeping knocked each morning, including as early as 9:00 AM, and again at 8:16 AM on the day of check-out. This was frustrating, especially since the purpose of our stay was to relax and enjoy time together. The final room had no soap—neither bar soap nor liquid—which was disappointing. Additionally, the parking situation was inconvenient, and being charged daily for it felt excessive. Given the nightly rate and the issues we experienced, I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing stay downtown. As doctors, we’ll be choosing to spend our money elsewhere next time.
Overall, my sister and I were pleased with our stay.
Walls are thin & guests in the next room were very loud until late hours.
no parking.. room did not meet our reservation. poor location. very disappointed
The location was fine
They did not have any knowledge as to where the customers can park their vehicle when there was a city public parking garage attached to the Hotel. When I brought it to the attention of the desk clerk attendants, they said they wasn’t aware that there was a public parking garage next door.
The air conditioning didn’t work. They said they would give us a discount. But they didn’t.
Staff was friendly
WiFi didn’t work, room need renovation, not very clean and things were broken in the bathroom. Overall it wasn’t with it
