Perfect location, room is specious and clean

The employee in the turn down service brought us a bottle of water that wasn’t clean it has a lip stick, and unfortunately we figured out after we drunk it

The bathroom felt so GRAND, the type of bathroom where you want to spend a long because it just felt like a spa!

Their attention to details - from the facilities of the hotel, the superior service to the attention the staff provide their guests. Everything was 10 stars. The best hotel. Our oom was magnificent. The breakfast was superb.

Nothing. Everything was perfection.

Breakfast was plentiful with good selection of choices - however,as English people, the hotel version of "toast" was more like dry stale bread (than grilled fresh bread) and the tea bags supplied produced a tea that was too weak.

Apart from the minor quibble of lack of fresh bread/toast, the absence of a heated swimming pool in basement was a bit disappointing. But these were minor points: the hotel was very comfortable, accommodating, and stylish.

While most hotels have lavish lobbies and tiny rooms, this hotel had a small lobby with a large and beautiful room. The bathroom was very dramatic and large with a two person shower and sink. Chocolates are delivered to your door in the evening. It was quite luxurious. Staff were very polite.

There wasn’t anything I didn’t like.
