Cleanliness and view were great.
Food was terrible. Drinks were terrible, no alcohol content. Had to have our room changed three times as our original room was next to one being painted and unbearable due to the paint smell.
Some of the workers
Some of the workers were rude and disrespectful
Cancun is beautiful. The beach was great and the ocean had a nice sandbank, making swimming easy. The room was large and comfortable. The food variety was great, different themes every night.
All of the staff were friendly except for one porter who complained about the number of bags. There were a few chipped tiles in the foyer. Booking at the Italian restaurant was impossible.
Close to shops
Honest review, I am not a picky person. The food was terrible, the alcohol they serve is not tequila. The concierge is a joke. I spent more money eating and drinking out! Terrible even for someone that loves authentic Mexican food. I will never recommend
The staff was great
Loud neighbors- not the hotels fault though
The location was nice, and the hotel provided fun activities in the pool. Breakfast was also surprisingly phenomenal.
The property is old. The lobby looks like something from the 70s. The "Sunset Suite" rooms face the street that you take to go to all resorts in Cancun, aka VERY LOUD. We upgraded to an ocean front suite, but no air or hot water/pressure.
small compact, great service, good food, great location. overall great value and stay.
