Location is bad. Situated in an industrial neighborhood almost under I5 and next to a very busy 6 lane road into the city and airport. Lots of road noise. Our room was close to the sidewalk and road without a fence or additional barrier.
The staff was so accommodating and friendly. The grounds were lovely, and the breakfast room was comfortable Free parking was amazing, as well as the location. So easy to get on and off the 5 and the Pacific Coast hiway. .
The area around the hotel was a bit dicey, but we felt safe in the hotel. Using the door key for stairs and the elevator was an extra layer of safety for two women of a certain age.
Wifi is not working during my stay
Complimentary breakfast was fine, enjoyed the seating and
Bathroom shower wasn't completely cleaned
Very friendly and always accommodate special request.
The staff were very hospitable. However, my room was the closest room they have to the road (upstairs end unit in the secondary lot) and not only was the traffic loud enough to wake me throughout the night, but the facility across the street was loading and unloading heavy cargo that literally shook my bed and woke me periodically. It wasn’t a great nights sleep, but it was fine enough for a night. It is walkable to Old Town for nice meals, but stay vigilant and don’t walk alone at night to get there.
We have stayed here before and my sister and I love it's location the staff, just the whole experience. 2 thumbs up, we can't wait for next year. See y'all than.
