This boutique hotel is located in Orlando, Florida. Guest rooms at the hotel feature free WiFi. The hotel is minutes from Disney World and Interstate 4. Complimentary parking is offered. At The Eo Inn - Downtown, guest rooms provide a private bath and a hairdryer. Cable TV is available in the rooms as well. This Downtown Eo Inn includes a rooftop terrace with a hot tub. Free coffee is served daily at the inn. Guests can walk 1 minute to Lake Eola Park and the Thornton Park restaurant and boutique district. The inn is also 16 mi from SeaWorld. This Downtown Eo Inn includes a rooftop terrace with a hot tub. Needs to be taken down we no longer have the hot tub. We have coffee, tea, as well bottled water and grab and go breakfast. Lemon and Lime water served in the lobby all is complimentary.

Convenient but disrupted stay

The location of the hotel was great, and the parking space was convenient and easy to access. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Our room was extremely noisy. The neighbors were awake late into the night, apparently smoking and coughing right next to our balcony, which was very disruptive. To make matters worse, a staff member started vacuuming at 3 a.m. When I mentioned that I was trying to sleep, she responded with, 'Sorry, I have to clean'—which felt completely inappropriate at that hour. On top of that, the pillows were too high, and I didn’t feel well-rested. However, the staff did address our concerns and graciously apologized, which we appreciated.

This is the last time...

Location…stayed there before….boutique hotel

It’s deteriorated since I last stayed there. Pop machine broken, looks run down. I stayed in 306. I couldn’t sleep because I could hear people talking until past 2 am in an adjoining room. Fortunately, I put white noise on my iPad next to my head on the other pillow and was able to finally go to sleep.

Unique - you get what...

Friendly Staff. Proximity of inn to key downtown spots.

Felt a bit aged. Great towels and toiletries. Bed and pillows comfortable but side pieces aged and worn. No desk in room. Poor lighting in bath.

Good but hope it can...

Free coffee and tea, nice water heater/ shower system and air blower.

Seems like the wifi didn’t work that night! But it was too late to go to the reception desk for giving feedback. The mattress was too soft and the pillows were too high, which didn’t give me a pleasant sleep:(
