Fabulous location, great room and...
Fabulous staff and well appointed rooms. You can’t beat the location in Old Montreal.
Although it is out of the control of the staff, the noise of the bars letting out at 3:30 am and the honking of the taxis until 4 am is worth noting. Turning the room AC on high does a good job to drown out the noise

Nice place with misleading parking...
Right in the middle of old city. Responsive staff.
Website said parking available but it is not. I found hidden in an info link they only had a few spots first come first serve. They should not advertise parking available unless there is enough self parking for all who need it. Had to pay $42 a day for valet parking.

The hotel was great and the location was fantastic! The staff was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. Mo, our valet was fantastic! Ladies at the front desk were already great with answering all our questions and providing restaurant suggestions. I would definitely stay here again and recommend to friends
I wish the rooms had plugs next to the bed. Everything else was great.
