Rosa Grand Milano - Starhotels Collezione

The location of the Rosa Grand is incredible - just a quick 3 mins walk to the Duomo. The rooms and service were exceptional. My husband and I felt really looked after from the moment we stepped through into the foyer. The rooms were incredibly clean and large - beyond our expectations. There's even a pillow menu and chocolates, complimentary water delivered to your room every night.

We didn't get to sample their restaurant as there are so many good restaurants nearby, but we did use their room service, which was ok. But I guess most dinner room service is just that -- the meal was fresh but wasn't tasty... the breakfast was good though.

Perfect location, all ladies at the reception were so friendly and helpful

We booked grand deluxe room but it was small for the money we paid!! Two men in the receptions were not helpful at all!! The man with glasses was so impolite, we stated 8 nights paid around 3000 eu , we asked for an hour and a half late check out to pray ( as we are muslim) but he refused and was smiling and replying in a silly way that we have to pay for the extra half an hour!!! I think he needs to be trained for better communication skills!

We booked as family two similar rooms type with doumo view and they gave us one good room with view and balcony but the other room was very small dark without view and when I talked to them at the reception they told me sorry we don’t have.
