Great location Very clean Good food as well!
We didn't realize there was credit card fee and a resort fee
The ambiance is so nice.
I dont like the way they build the elevator is so very confusing when you go to the room. Especially when your room is far the elevator you need to walk long.
Location
We asked for a quiet room on booking. They responded by email and acknowledged the request. They mentioned the request on registration and then proceeded to give us what can only be the noisiest room on the property. Street level on the corner where the 2 streets the hotel is on meets. We heard people passing by until late in the night and then trash being picked up early in the morning. On top of that, the alarm clock went off at 5am on the 1st day (Room Service should turn off any alarms set by prior guests) and then the fire alarm went off the second morning (no intercom comment, no apology). I really don't understand the high ratings for this place. Besides the location, it offers nothing!
Location!
Narrow hallway, difficult to navigate luggage cart
