good breakfast and good service very nice bar

the room not very well insulated. if the adjacent room uses the shower you can hear it loud, not very pleasant late a night.

Very beautiful, very clean property with helpful staff and quaint little details (gorgeous bath drawer pulls and towel hooks, quality linen storage pouches for hairdryer, nice ceramic toilet paper holder, for ex.). The room, while on the smaller side as expected in Manhattan, was very well designed and appointed, and the bathroom was one of the largest one we've seen in NYC. We loved the location, but word to the wise: this LES location is not for everyone, this is not your Times Square vibe hotel.

Wish the bar/lounge would stay open a bit later, and that the rooftop would be available for more than just private events.
