Central location. Comfy bed. Walk in shower.

Room could have been a bit bigger, hard time opening two suitcases

Staff was very nice, room was clean, bed comfy

Room was small, dark, and stuffy. Room temperature was bad. If you put the fan on it would get really cold without the fan it was super hot. The shower was terrible. It looked like a nice rain shower head but on full blast hardly any water came out. Really dumb.

The staff were super friendly and efficient We only ate snacks from the bar but they were very nice Location is excellent The bathrooms seem new and very spacious The beds and pillows are very comfortable

The windows and external balcony doors are old and provide little sound proofing, especially from the external demolition work! The fridge in 1 room was broken thus very noisy The air-con is noisy Our rooms on the second floor were next to the external air-con motors, thus constant noise The gym is on the second floor so weights being dropped on the floor woke us at 6am Told we had to run taps/water for a minute (was more like 2 minutes) for hot water The safe in 1 room was not fixed to the wall or floor A lock/catch on 1 room door was broken so offered no security Rooms advertised with a pool view, but the view was the outside of a noisy inflatable cover.

Bed very comfortable, location close to lost of Calgaryhot-spots.

The ventilation system was rather loud.

Had a great stay. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Bed was really comfortable. And the location was perfect with so many great restaurants and bars within walking distance

Nothing really stood out about the hotel itself but the customer service was by far some of the best I’ve seen in all my global travels.
