Like the vintage style. Comfortable bed. Parking was convenient.
The coffee place at the lobby was awful.. the worst breakfast sandwich i ever had. Coffee was bad as well.
Love the beautiful Biltmore vibes. Everything was clean and also cozy.
Not the property’s fault, but there was screaming and insanity on the streets allll night which prevented sleep. Also, the mattresses were very squishy but some folks like that.
room was neat and great location
no ice machine on the floor
The room was lovely and spacious. We were traveling with my 17 year old daughter and needed 2 beds. The two beds were comfortable and clean. We had a nice sitting area and a desk that was helpful for my husband's work.
The hotel did not have air conditioning. We were visiting Providence in the Spring and the weather fluctuates from hot to cold to hot. We arrived and it was very warm in the room and when we turned down the thermostat only hot air came out. We called to the front desk and they said they did not have any air conditioning running at this time of year and were in the process of changing over between heat to air. The desk offered us to open our windows and could send up a fan. We spent three nights with our windows open listening to the street noise even on the 10th floor. None of us slept through the night the entire time we were there with the Friday night being the worst. We heard partiers, police, and loud motorcycles well into the night terminating around 3am. For the price I would expect to be able to actually sleep in the room we stayed in.
Breakfast area was cute with overpriced food.
Room could have been cleaner
There was no AC rooms were very hot. All ice machines didn't work
