The staff were friendly and very helpful
The comfortable room and hotel not so far from the metro station also my holding deposit arrived my account so quickly after checking out
Extremely noisy
Amazing staff, they're all kind and nice. They gave us some welcome treats and cookies when we left the hotel. The room was very well furnished, clean, and comfy.
Nothing to say! Thanks :)
location and staff were perfect.
rooms were very small, room for 1 to walk around the bed. stairs to the room were very narrow and steep. quite dangerous! it was not like the pictures on the site. we checked out after the first night and booked somewhere else.
Reception of the hotel is stunning
The rooms are very old it doesn’t fit the standard of the reception it’s a very big let down some improvements and upgrades are well over due. The rug in the room are what nightmares are made of filthy dirty and years old. Same with all furniture in rooms. I know they are older buildings but it was nothing short of a gail force blowing through the window. It was quite disappointing and uncomfortable to say the least.
Staff were lovely. Hotel was cosy. Great for a short weekend break.
Bed was sunk in a bit. Bit of a walk from the centre. Also card only at the bar area.
