Location was perfect, the decor in the hotel was beautiful, the staff were incredibly helpful and spoke English fluently. We didn't get time to try the spa, sadly! But everything at the hotel was top notch.
Wish we could have stayed longer!
We loved everything about our stay in Strasbourg and this accommodation was relaxing but luxurious . The comfiest beds on the planet. Staff were friendly and accommodating.
The staff were friendly and accommodating except for one, but I think that was a language barrier and he just didn’t understand what I was asking.
Characteristic old world charm and classic furnishings in a lovely quiet building in the centre.
It seemed a bit impersonal for some reason. The breakfast was poor and bad value so it is best skipped. On offer was yesterday's fruit salad, weak coffee and a poor selection considering the location in the home of all things French.
Our room was stunning. Everything was really well maintained and luxurious. The bathroom was top of class. The staff were very friendly and really went the extra mile.
