Clean, rooms were spacious
Room service had to be called to clean the room
The location and the pleasant staff
The breakfast should have been a better buffet. Very limited choice. In the grand luxury suite, we had 2 complementary bottles of water and were not informed about access to the club. And a few more amenities. Room service closed at 10pm which is not ok for international travelers. A resort fee per person per night was charged and this did not confer any benefits.
The room was very spacious and comfortable. Bath/shower combo was convenient. We loved using the outdoor pool and appreciated the fact that the expensive breakfast buffet ($30) was free for the five-year old in the family. Next door is Alma Cocina, a truly wonderful Mexican restaurant.
Parking very expensive and you still end up tipping.
High floor was requested but upon arrival I was upgraded to a corner view room...stunning views!
Elevators a bit slow.
