Love hotel location room style

It is annoying that every day even to get clean cups or fresh milk teabags or water or towels you need ro remember to request at reception . There is no room service without request at desk

Great location Fantastic rooftop bar Lovely little bathroom and toiletries Good size room, though the bed could be bigger

Some signage on arrival would be useful as the hotel reception is a little hidden behind some foliage and there is another podium immediately in front of the entrance, so would be good to know where to go Could do with some snacks (biscuits, nuts, etc.) in the room The bar was incredibly slow to serve and it wasn't even that busy We stayed for two nights and the tea/coffee wasn't replenished

Great location in walking distance to Waterloo station. The room was clean and modern and the hotel staff was very friendly.

The location and the hotel finish was nice.

The service was extremely poor, staff were not interested. Wasn’t a good experience. Would not come again. I’ve stayed at at lots of hoxtons, this was by far the worst.

Stylish property with a great terrace seafood restaurant.

Tiny wardrobe with only a few hangers. If you bring any longer garments like dresses they won’t fit or you would need to fold them. During our stay the air conditioning worked very poorly and the room felt stuffy.
