The rooftop pool area was very nice. Check in was quick and easy.

There was no coffee in the room or the lobby.

If youre going to the Kaseya center and you dont want to be an hour trying to get your car out of the parking lot this is your best bet, the hotel is 4 minutes away walking. The rooms are very nice but incredibly small. No big deal. Youll live!

Not in love with the parking situation, you have to park across the street and carry your luggage until you get to the hotel, in other words NO PARKING. Just ask the dude at the front desk for a prepaid parking ticket, its cheaper.

Hotel employees are exceptional employees there, very helpful + patient. Loved the hip modern vibe. Small rooms but very clean. Loved the automatic blinds. Great location - half block from Omni loop. Beautiful view from the rooftop and gym.

The bartender @ Swim rooftop bar (which is owned separately from this hotel) charges an 18% for mandatory service tip. Plus he charged it based on regular priced drinks NOT HAPPY HOUR price.

The hotel staff were very friendly, the room and common areas were clean, and the rooftop pool and bar were fun to be at.

The room is very small and not a huge fan of the bed being right against the window as your partner will have to climb over you if they need to get up during the night.

Very clean, great location very close to the cruise terminals, iPad controls all the lights, different brightness of lighting in the room.

The room was super small and the bed was up against the walls that in order to get out or on the bed I have to crawl over my husband, which was very annoying.

We loved the location of this hotel! We come every fall for a Dolphins game and then a cruise so we like to be near the port. We also love Bayside Marketplace and this was a quick walk! We loved everything about this hotel!!
