Second time staying on property here and it’s just like the first time!! Everything is amazing the room is nice and clean has everything I needed and the walk to Disney is super short!

The hotel was very close to the park which is why I returned to stay at this hotel again.
I was disappointed. The staff was not friendly, not rude, just blah. Not helpful or seeming like they cared if I was there or not. I made resesrvations a few months prior to my visit and still ended up with the room right next to the laundry room on the bottom floor. Workers were outside my room very early in the morning talking, laughing and it continued for quite a while on and off. My plan was to sleep in that morning, that didn't happen. The wi-fi was horrible. I could not get anything to download. I've stayed here before, but not sure I will again. There was at least a 1/2 inch gap under my door which let light and bugs in.
