Two large beds in room and nice outside balcony. Nice food in Asian restaurant

Soundproofing poor in standard room. Level of customer service was poor and standard of food in the sands bar was bad.

KGari is a great place to visit. Ranger Gorgia was great at archery and the lady from Hong Kong at checkout was very friendly.

Did not get King room booked, 3rd bed was missing - got put in downgraded room. Other than the Dune restaurant food is deep fried poor pub grub at best. Bathroom had 3 x dead cockroaches in on checkin. Shower standing in a 70s style old jacuzzi. Staff generally not friendly at all apart from a few.

I loved my week here. The upstairs visitors sounded like elephants, but that can't be helped. Also would have been good just to have a microwave. Other than tha t, fantastic

The environment was magical and the pool was pretty awesome.

Pillows in the room were only one make. Too big/high for me, my partner and child. Food facilities were even OVERLY expensive/fancy or a some sort of expensive canteen. Nothing in between.
