The staff was okay , could of been nicer. But overall hard workers who tried their best to answer my questions as best as they could. Also ALL the bartenders were Amazing !! They were my best part of the trip

The food was always cold. Also for Sunday there was no dinner buffet and all the restaurants had a hour wait plus there were so many weddings it was large groups of people sitting together which made the wait longer

Loved everything. They made our trip personalized. My husband enjoyed his birthday

I loved everything but if I could choose one thing it would be the toilets. Speaking for women with longer nails for vacation, the press down button on the toilet was a bit challenging.

Well kept, clean, staff was very friendly and good service. Overall 9 out of 10, we have a really nice time there.

Rooms needed updating, furniture were damage and the hot tube rusting just a bit outdated, room had a moldy smell.

Coupons provided to us did not apply because of too many exclusions. Willie at concierge gave us wrong information about the Hyatt presentation prize. Staff were not accommodating of requests. Staff gave wrong information about facilities/services. Food was bland.
