TorontoGreat location with a fun little rooftop pool and a lively, social vibe. But the most remarkable is the staff! Robin at concierge was amazing—so helpful with everything we needed, always going above and beyond. Tom at reception was also fantastic, always friendly and nothing was ever too much. I work in hospitality and can say the service here is truly outstanding, not just good. The whole team is professional, kind, and welcoming. I’d highly recommend this hotel and look forward to seeing this new brand grow!
Overall environment was nice and clean, the location was so convenient, the staff are professional and friendly
The front desk staff were so professional and welcoming. The aesthetic is warm and modern.
The rooms have a film on their windows for privacy which takes away from the city views. Booked a corner suite expecting a panoramic view of the city and got white film to look at. Jennifer on staff was wonderful and helped move us into a room with more of a “view”. It was better but still limited and the room was smaller. The staff at the pool were not helpful. I also asked how the pool area works (ie. the sun beds and poolside food service) but the assumption was I was not a guest. The tone and approach could be worth looking into and training when answering a question like this. I guess it’s also because the rooftop pool space is shared with Henrietta where the public has access to. The bed was uncomfortable.
