Embassy Suites by Hilton Convention Center Las Vegas

Comfortable beds, great breakfast. Quiet and clean.

Hot tub was out if service, rooms were not ready by 4pm. Room had only one towel for 4 people and it took 3 phone calls and several hours to get more. USB ports in room do not work. I was promised they will be replaced, but nobody ever came.

This hotel is located a short walk from the Las Vegas Convention centre. That's the best part. The rooms are large and I had a 2 room suite. So it's possible to have meetings in the room too.

Not much to not like. If I had to pick something then it would be that the breakfast time should be till 10 am.

Great customer service, they went above and beyond . Very Rare In Las Vegas. Will definitely be back

Sheets were dirty. They claimed they had an airport shuttle but later (after we booked) said they didn’t

The room rate was significantly higher than represented on your website when I initially made the reservation,. For the one night I was charged $440.00

The lobby was nice. Breakfast was decent

Pool was murky and unappealing. Hot tub was empty. The tub would drain them a sewer smell would come out of the sink. The TV in the bedroom didn't work. I called to have these things fixed after our first night. They said they would take care of it. They didn't. Still a sewer smell and the TV still didn't work. The elevator yes one for the one side because another was out of service. So waiting on an elevator would be ten minutes or more. So I got tired of waiting and had to start using the stairs. 600 dollars for 2 nights. Wouldn't have paid 300. Not worth the money!!!!!!
