Embassy Suites by Hilton Convention Center Las Vegas

Our suite was very nice, clean, there was plenty of room. Breakfast was great. Loved the made to order omelets, they were delicious.

Toilet tissue holder is not placed is a comfortable location in the bathroom.

Lobby and outer building was nice but the rooms were really dated. The carpet, room furniture and bathroom style needs updating. There was no bell on the door. It was like an 80’s room. The room also had an ironing board but no iron. I phoned reception, they said they’ll bring one up when possible. As I was on the phone in the bedroom, I suddenly heard the front door slam. I called out thinking it was my hubby returning from the lobby. When there was no answer, I went into the room lounge area and found an iron placed on the table which meant that a staff member had let themselves into my room, which is very concerning safeguarding issue. Breakfast was also disappointing. First 4* I’ve stayed where disposable plates, cutlery and cups were used for the buffet breakfast, minus the omelet which was served on a ceramic plate. Did not photograph room or breakfast buffet as was disappointing

We had a great location and the views were amazing!!

That Uber was designated to basically pickup at hotels which was kinda of annoying

Overpriced parking, badly worn room, constant noise, and an outdated, noisy AC — overall an uncomfortable and disappointing stay.

Very close to The Sohere. The evening bar reception was very fun

The bed was a little too hard for us
