THE STAFF!!! Ease to arrive to the hotel! Take a 60 minute metro ticket for the 119 bus to the Divok rka stop (McDonald's is there) and wait on the same platform that you descended for the 26 tram to Masarykovo Ndrai the hotel is right around the corner! I loved that I did not have to balance bags on the nearly vertical escalators of the metro! SOOO easy! I also loved the stylish design of my room 560. The light in the rooms.

Vibrations from the mechanics of the elevators are strong in Room 560 and even more intense in 662. They tried to move me to another room on the 4th floor where the technical engines of the computers and air flow also were loud.

Breakfast was amazing. The bar area had a great atmosphere The room was comfortable and clean. The location was fantastic. The staff were friendly and helpful.

There was too much noise from the next door room. I could hear what they were saying.
