SO CUTE AND FUN !!! The attention to every detail made this place the perfect place for a girls trip. Coffee and communal spaces were exceptional. Good location, close enough to restaurants 5-10$ Uber to downtown made it feel safe and quiet without being too far of a journey. High quality amenities, comfy beds, attentive staff, and the cutest decor. Would stay again in a heartbeat.
Could use a bit more storage/drawer space for clothes. And the in-room coffee was not to our taste
We loved our stay! We extended another night and got an upgrade to a bigger room. However, both rooms were really spacious, super comfortable beds, great showers! We loved the Dolly Parton theme too and the effort put into the room design and decor. Super loving reception and workers and great having a coffee shop in the lobby.
No complaints! We did try view the pool area however we were told we had to be escorted to view as we didn’t have a pool reservation. This wasn’t an issue though (as we didn’t actually want to swim, just look) but just a little confusing.
The atmosphere. The staff at White Limozine was able to add 1 last minut person to our brunch.
I was not able to book the pool even tho I tried 1st day of Memorial weekend. Elevators were complicated to use, or no one explained how to use them prior to using them..
The hotel was beautifully decorated. Our toilet didn't work on arrival but it was fixed promptly. Water wasn't always left in the room but it was provided at reception when requested.
There weren't many food options. The location was a little isolated, I thought there would be more life on Music Row. The pool although not stated to be owned by the Hotel is very much a part of the facilities. We were allocated a seated cabana which was uncovered and therefore unusable unless we wanted to roast like rotisserie chickens.
Breakfast was great.
Bar overcrowded with girls gone wild
