The decor is amazing location is perfect for any UT activities. We were attending the 2025 UT honors banquet so it was a fun place to stand. We stopped in the Saloon 16 after and that was very enjoyable for a Tennessee fan
The fun atmosphere, clean facilities and lovely staff
Dark cramped hallways
The decor is cute, fun designs in a local theme. Location is nice, right by the university campus. Waitress at the restaurant was very friendly and welcoming.
The room I booked through Booking.com was overpriced ($400/night for a Fri-Sun stay). We checked in around 9:30pm and the front desk staff wasn't very welcoming, only providing the minimum amount of information. The decor was nice, but the room was relatively small and a little outdated, with a view on the parking lot. I reported an issue in the bathroom but never received any feedback. When I asked if we could check out at 12:30pm instead of the usual 11am, the front desk said that that would be an extra $50. They only offer valet parking through an external company and it's overpriced for the location ($40/night). The food at the restaurant is very mediocre, so wouldn't recommend eating there, although the staff at the restaurant was very helpful and friendly.
Parking was easy
Too much UT stuff everywhere
