An oasis of well-being
Beautiful wellness center and fantastic staff, we really appreciated our time in the SPA and all treatments. Swimming pool area is large and very beautiful all day long. Beach is nice as well, with a nice bar straight on top. Buffet is gorgeous and varied, restaurants are good (Asian). Staff is always very friendly and all people are polite. Overall, amazing experience we will try to replicate!
Food is very international in taste. Always good but sometimes you would go for something more sophisticated (Italian restaurant).

This hotel has all the infrastructure to be really good, but it's not.The food offerings are very poor and also the quality of the food is lacking.The bar would only make cocktails they had listed on their menu so no Espresso Martini or Margarita's for us.

Main restaurant staff very friendly and polite.
1. Overcrowded with children a ton of them lot of noise and not suitable for relaxation. 2. We couldnt make reservation for dinner for the whole of our stay.

staff - gym, infinity style pool, dinner all great. private pool rooms also great, not sure why everyone thinks there cold, perfect for me!
