I am partially disabled elevator was not working and had to use staircase 10 flights up to room and down to lobby. Was told that house keeping will not be cleaning my room because I was only staying two nights, would not even bring up clean bath towels to my room, parking was too tight for a large SUV they also charged me for parking $35.00 per night
Parking $30 days
Clean bed sheets. Strong wifi. Good coffee.
No daily housekeeping even just making up the bed. They did not reply to my request (Booking.com) of 1 hr earlier check in which they did not allow until exactly 4pm. We were so tired traveling but they could not find the booking. 1 elevator was working. All customers take round trips in the lift just to get in. Long waiting. Carpet needs to be changed. Water pressure is weak. Aircon working well but too noisy. Antique type.
Location great. Close to all attractions.
Everything was OK
location, room
elevator didn't work
Everything was great except as I was waiting to check out, a kid was checking in at a rate 1/2 of what I paid! I am a senior with AAA and AARP, and was still charged double the rate. I was not at all happy about that. I had also booked quite far in advance, so it was not a last minute booking.
I don't like being charged double the rate when I am a senior on a fixed income with AAA and AARP discount.
Room had a great view to the bay and Bridge. Sink could use more light for us ladies trying to put on makeup. Breakfast was decent, selection was good.
more ligt in room near mirrors. Windows need to get clean so water spots get removed and have a clearer view. Elevator access needs to get repair immediately, this was much needed.
