Upon taking our scheduled shuttle to hotel is when we were notified that the hotel we booked was actually CLOSED and we were then taken to a different hotel. Departing back to the airport, the scheduled shuttle went to the hotel which we booked.

We no longer had a beachfront hotel that we booked! Rooms were really basic and old.

Is not too many people that what I like about it

The room had bugs and its was very dirty.

Well where to start, we booked reservations 3-4 mo in advance for 3 nights and when we they did not give us the room that I chose online, the photos didnt match they said they were fully booked and couldnt accommodate us that same day. They then moved us to another room that A/C was not working. They never even offered to adjust the cost they still charged me the same!! I was not pleased at all with this place. ALERT read the fine print in description if u book here dont go by the photos

The bed sheets and pillow case had yellow stains on them. Bed sheets and pillow case were old and worn. Food was pretty much the same daily but with different spices. They did not have a variety of food to accommodate other nationalities. This was a 3 story building which are old. Bedroom doors were old and rusty and needed fresh paint. I was not impressed at all. They offered sunny delight for orange juice. This is something I could purchase myself in the the United States. It was not fresh. We ate out most of the times during our stay.

The staff didn't explain Maya faranda hotel is the same then dos playas hotel,and they didn't offer mi better room options for dos playas hotel,and they didn't explain if I don't purchase all inclusive I can not eat in the property restorants or purchase meals,that was not good at all! So I have to go somewhere else to eat!
