Pullman Miami Airport

Chic hotel that is very close to the Miami airport. The check in was seamless and the front desk staff was very helpful. We came off of a long flight and needed to find something quick to eat and they gave us ideas and even offered a menu! I thought it was pretty cool that the room keys are made of wood.

It’s was very dirty room!!! Even smell like it’s need cleaning! The floor was really not even clean, the hair in a bathroom!! NOT RECOMENDED!!!

The location of the hotel is good, very close to Miami International Airport. Free shuttle service is a sweet bonus. We had breakfast included, i loved the variety, the staff was very pleasant. Little note - arrive at breakfast early to avoid a line at the entrance. The checkout process was smooth and very fast.

The hotel seems to have seen its best times. The bar area couches looked so worn, there was dirt on the carpets. The room had stains on the carpet as well, the sink in the bathroomwasnt properly cleaned. We were 2 adults and a child, and there was only 1 bathrobe and 2 towels. The shower took some time to get hot. We got an upgraded room upon booking, but it didn`t feel so upgraded given the uncleanness. Also the pool seemed dirty as well.
