Orchid House Polanco

Rooms were very small for me.

Adorable building, apparently once a private residence, now a boutique inn. Beautiful stained glass windows, an overall warm and cozy feeling. Also, its located on a beautiful and peaceful street, a little oasis. But in five minutes you can walk to the main street in Polanco. Every employee was friendly and helpful.

I cant find anything to criticize about the property. Our room was perhaps the smallest (peeking into other rooms while they were being cleaned gave me that comparison). I might wish they had a few hooks in the bathroom to hang things, and maybe larger night stands to place things.but those are minor minor things!

Too small, shower in the sleeping room, the girl w red hair wasnt peasant that works there. She wasnt welcoming

This is a great location. The staff were friendly and helpful.

The room did not have enough space for a chair, nor enough room to open two suitcases. We had concerns about the exits.

The property is just as beautiful in person, location was very central and in a gorgeous walking neighborhood. The staff really went out of their way to make sure our stay was fabulous. This place was exactly what we had hoped for!
