Fantastic location & friendly staff service. Excellent service provided by all the staff. We enjoyed well in beach and swimming pool. more specious room directly facing to the sea. Food was fantastic and varied buffet for each meals. We will back soon

Everything was perfect

The hotel is situated in a perfect spot, right between two lagoons. This provides a perfect opportunity to enjoy your stay and alternate between two different beaches. Another great advantage related to hotel location and set up is a secured perimeter. They have fence all around their territory (no barbed wire but just more like a visual separation of territory), as well as security personnel who makes sure no beach boys or annoying beach entrepreneurs will bother guests during their stay.

The restaurant. The biggest disappointment is the restoration. Staff is not really qualified for the job, many times I have asked for glasses for water to be served during linch/dinner time. The variety and quality of food offered is also far behind the rest of the hotel. I would recommend to the management to hire a good chef to organize and take over control over the restaurant. We ended up going out for lunch (lunch was not included in our booking). Luckily there is a good competition around the hotel with much better chefs.

Fantastic location, friendly and helpful staff. Everyone happy to full fill all the guest inquires from their end. The food is Delicious and varied buffet. we received well cleaned bigger room directly facing to beach. We enjoyed well in the swimming pool and evening entertainment was fantastic. Recommended this for any travelers to visit and enjoy with their families. Will return soon. Good luck

We really enjoyed the pool, table tennis, and location (close to beach). All the staff we encountered were brilliant - special mention to the lovely diving instructor, Dadisan and his friendly team in the restaurant, and the brilliant animator (Ajanti, apologies if spelling is incorrect) who led Aqua-fitness sessions, and the lovely pool attendant / sports facilitator (he is 21yrs old, didn't get his name) - both of these sports/animation staff were enthusiastic, kind, fun and encouraging, and an asset to the venue.

Some of the food wasn't up to the standard of other dishes - the freshly cooked food was lovely, and the main dishes too. The pre-prepared salads / desserts didn't reach the same standard. The setting of the restaurant is lovely, and I'm sure they could elevate the food to match.

The location and hotel facilities are amazing. We stayed at the suite and it was the best room we have ever been to, with incredible seaview. Fully recommend this hotel if you are planning to go to Sri Lanka south beaches, it has a turtle view point just in the beach of the hotel and it is really close to Hiriketiya beach where you can surf and enjoy the cool vibes of that beach.

A beautiful hotel, just on the beach with an easy access and a great swimming pool. just a few minutes from a turtles swim:) great stuff! very welcoming, took care with everything we need and always ready to help. Very good buffet and great breakfast. We highly recommend to any guest/traveller in Sri Lanka!

The hotel is located in most beautiful place we've visited in Sri Lanka! Two beautiful beaches and a very nice territory (the pool, big chess, ping pong, the bar area and and nice walking paths). The staff is lovely, they were always there for us and made us feel like home. Good choices for breakfast and dinner, our kids are picky eaters but always found something to eat and the ice cream in the dinner buffet was always a hit. The room is really spacious, clean and beautiful and the sea view was fantastic. Would love to visit again!

The bathroom shower might need a little renovation but I'm sure it will be done soon as the hotel and the rooms are treated very well

Horrible service included dirty rooms
