Friendly staff at front desk. Large, clean rooms. Some shops and restaurants close by.

They used to have a large water urn in the lobby. We were thirst after our long trip and out of water and you had to buy it. A lot of hotels give you at least a free bottle of water. The bar gave us couple glasses of water but he looked peeved when we went back for refills. We went out and bought some bottles. Also, the breakfast used to be fairly good in the past but not this time.

Close to everything, stores , restaurants and the beaches.

Just that the pool was remodeling so the kids could not enjoy but they did accommodate to a sister hotel.

It was a nice place.

Pool was under construction, they had arrangements with a sister location to shuttle to their pool. But it wasn't very convenient. Our rooms also were not ready by the 3 pm check-in time, it took about 30-ish minutes after before we were called.

It was a comfortable day

The tub didn't drain fast enough for shower

Made me wait 1h30 for the airport transfer

The property was in a great area. Plenty of food and shopping.

There was nothing online on there website or anywhere the pool was under construction. While the did bus you over to another hotel for that, it was a hassle. Plus there was an extra $30 charge compared to what I was supposed to pay and no explanation.

room was nice and clean

wasn't informed that pool was closed until arrival. not convenient to ask them to make arrangements to get to another hotel to go to a pool.
