Awesome service,location, room, interior, car parking facilities, indoor swimming pool.

It's a pleasant experience. I won't have any word to say about anything wrong regarding hotel. Highly recommended cheap for family.

Staff were very helpful and attentive. The location is ideal to get in or out of Niagara (we were going to Buffalo, and Niagara on the Lake). For what it is, rooms are clean and no funky smells. For those who like iHop, its right in the hotel.

You pay for what you get - rooms are dated, bathroom has cracked sink and you can tell where ceiling has been leaking.

The location . The beds were comfortable . Rooms size.

Very noisy A/A . Only one elevator works. $23 for parking . This hotel needs a full renovation. No breakfast.

Not clean room/bathroom/bedding bad odour in room. Not comfy bed.

Nothing even they charge for small water botel

The staff was very rude

Large and comfortable clean rooms, easy access, quiet.

Washroom exhaust fan was making horrible noise at start, needs immediate repair
