From my experience, there were several problems. First of all, I checked in to the hotel past 12pm in the noon time. The hotel said, they could not give me a room until 3pm. I was forced to leave and get my room at 9pm in the evening. When I checked in, they never told me about the breakfast time and the floor. The next morning, I went to breakfast past 10am and the restaurant was closed. I asked for a taxi for the nearest MTR station and they never told me it was only 5 mi minutes away, and I could walk. The worst experience was I woke up at 9:10am in the morning and the cleaning partly opened the door without even knocking. I only had a T-shirt on at that time. She asked me, when I leaving the hotel. I feel like an employee and not a hotel visitor. Good thing I was only a solo visitor and not traveling with my boyfriend or husband, else the experience would be unspeakable. I told the staff about my experience and hotel did nothing to help.
