Could have been quieter not amazing soundproofing from the hall or above

The rooms were lovely. Really clean and the check in staff were lovely

The breakfast. We were dissatisfied with the service. There were no cups left so we had to drink from takeaway cups. We then asked for some bowls as they had run out. Waited over 15 minutes and no bowls came out so we had to eat yoghurt and granola from a plate. Very disappointed with this.

Easy access to the river, Chelsea flower show , and the tube. Car park under the hotel , and super quick lifts .

The hotel was nice, but we didn’t find out until we checked in that building work was taking place in the hotel from and this included over the weekend. We weren’t over the moon about this but as we were not going to be in the hotel much we could live with this. It would have been better to have known before hand and offered a discount for the inconvenience. We also had an issue with the shower , no water at all. We rang the main reception to report it and it was resolved very quickly. But when you just come in from a run and needing a shower quickly it wasn’t the best . It seemed a pump in the main plant room was being changed over. The car park under the hotel is very tight even with a small car. Great big pillar between every parking space.
