It was disappointing that the air conditioning didn't work for several days. In the master bedroom, which was repaired, only the second hot one was sleeping in +30 heat. The water circulation in the swimming pool didn't work for half the trip. Expensive, but the house had already seen its time. For that money, everything has to work. The sacks were traveling all over the house, the sockets were working as they were and the lights were flickering. the water was also out for one evening and they were repaired for many hours.

I like everything about this place. It is my go-to hide out when visiting Samui. Especially Pinky that manages the staff is over the top helpful and friendly. I am always looking forward to come back.

Honeymoon suite was perfect. Private jacuzzi and pool. Pinky was always on hand with anything we needed. Not far from beach and lift down from pinky was always provided. Thanks again for a memorable trip.

Overall very happy with the Paradise Island Estate. Our stay was excellent.

Location very good. Our host Pinky provided amazing service throughout our stay.

Villa is excellent but needs some repairs to minor items (kitchen cupboards etc..)
