The location
The fridge door, toilet door made loud noises. And the wardrobe didnt shut properly.
Great Hotel in a great locateat
Swimming pool was not heated, no spa bath and no sauna which I found surprising, considering it was quite an expensive hotel. We had a four night stay and wouldve liked to of been facing the harbour and not facing the other way for almost $500 a night. Just thought we might of got a better room with a better view.
Grand and luxurious
Charged me for and external call 53 c how petty of them after spending thousands there
Its in a great location, the room was clean
Unfortunately we went straight to the hotel from the airport check in wasnt until 3pm but we got there just before 1 and left our bags they said theyd text us when our room was ready, we where travelling with friends so I booked 2 rooms they got to the hotel just on 1 pm and was able to go straight to their room, we popped out for a bite to eat and returned at 3.11 still with no text about our room as we had to leave the hotel at 4pm to get to the NRL grand final, it didnt leave enough time for my husband and myself to get ready, I should never have booked the Sofitel Ive had issues in the past as my husband was a member and we always had issues, we definitely wont be staying there again.
