The concert we saw Teddy Swimm.
The waiting for my dinner appointment was prolonged unnecessarily at council oaks restaurant, the lobster bisque was not to my taste.I don't think I will go there again.
The size of the room was great. It was a nice space to relax after our long days at the F1 Race.
Our reservation was initially canceled without us being informed. I happened to just call as I had a weird feeling and didn’t get a confirmation email. Even when I made the reservation in September of 2024 (8 months before the F1 race). When I called they were able to put us in a room but the room was an ADA room. Not a big deal to us but definitely not what I reserved. As we were driving to the hotel about 30 min out, we received a call asking if they could use our ADA room for someone who needed it and they would upgrade us. Never at any point were we told we were going to be charged an extra $1,000 for it. We paid since we agreed to the upgrade but were frustrated with the constant issues as well as our view being the Air handler units. We will be attending the F1 race again next year but may vet out possible other options since we felt they were just trying to get more money for the rooms vs honoring the original reservation.
pool was k...only one pool is open during the week and we were there on a Friday, so it was packed and very little chairs available...restaurants very expensive as well as drinks but it is the Hard rock so it was still fun!!!
the fact only one pool open during the week...wish they had live music at the Hard rock some where
I think the Hard Rock is a fun place to go for shows. I wouldn't go out of my way just to go to dinner. But if there was an artist/comedian that I'd want to see, I would go. The rooms are nicely equipped and spacious. This would be our 4th time staying there for a show. So far Abiaka has been my favorite dining experience. Make dining reservations, every restaurant gets booked. Even the Cafe will have long waits during peak times.
Rooms were expensive. While they were comfortable and nice, I'm not sure that it was worth the price for one night. I know there was a popular show on the night that we stayed, it was our anniversary, and we didn't want to drive back down to Miami, so we booked. The fact the whole casino is a smoking area is a put off for me. Also, service at bars is quite slow on the weekends. Ride share is slow on weekends. Valet can get quite busy as well.
Big and clean.
The bathroom toilet was extremely low.
The views were of a roof top. Value for money was shocking, the whole place smelt of cigarette smoke. We stay in hard rock Orlando every year and how they would put their name to this one is beyond me. We are now questioning weather to return to hard rock Orlando as we are booked again in October.
