Nice room - that’s it
Long queue at Check-in Smokers everywhere and strong smell of cigarettes in lobby area. Problem with reservations - they claimed I booked 4 rooms, when in reality I booked 3 rooms and they couldn’t make adjustment without having me to make a long distance phone call to booking.com to solve this issue. Everything in the room is chargeable. No free drinking water provided. They even charged me $10 for receiving each parcel I ordered from Amazon (or other websites). First and only hotel in the world doing that perhaps - and I’m a frequent traveller. Upon check out, I left early morning like 4:30am so I didn’t get a copy of the bill on paper. I expect them to send to my email. It’s been almost a month now. I didn’t get anything. I emailed and called them, they say that can’t give it to me as I booked through booking.com. So I made booking.com fetch that for me. But still nothings coming.
