Free amenities, food, free water activities equipment, a lot of space, good chill energy, and daily activities. I especially loved cook : Sylvie from the IRIE Grill. Best authentic food on site. Also loved the access to the Blue Haven resort.

If you dont reserve some of the restaurant ahead of time you might lose out and throw off your schedule. Some need 24hrs booking in advance and other could only be done same day.

The staff was below par and awful! One beach attendant yelled in my face when I tried to move a beach chair. On two different occasions, the guards were extremely disrespectful yelling at us about riding our bikes exiting the property. Not only was the staff rude, they were extremely unorganized. We had to stay awake past midnight just to get dinner reservations. The front desk couldn't figure out our check-in service and asked us to come back multiple times. The pool is NOT as advertised on the website. The property is NOT A LUXURY property as advertised on the website. The front office is basically a rental car office. For the $$$ we paid per night, I was appalled at quality of this property, the unorganized staff, service, and WOULD NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN.

The beach, obviously, is the best in the world. Overall, the food was good with a lot of choices each day. I liked the daily activities. The property itself was in excellent condition. My garden suite worked out really well. It even had a partial ocean view. Most of the staff was friendly and helpful. I didn't take advantage of any of the water activities, snorkel gear, excursions, etc., but it looked like there was a nice variety of choices. Overall, it was a great stay and I will definitely be back!

Some of the staff in the main lobby seemed a little overwhelmed and inexperienced. Check-in was a little frustrating because I kept getting different info on my room being ready and for awhile, each person I talked to wasn't able to help me get in my room. Finally after some 2 hours of waiting (check-in was supposed to be 3 PM) I found a woman who got on the phone and sort of yelled at someone about the room being ready and I was allowed to check in. I have a gluten allergy and there were times that it was difficult to find anything that I could eat. A couple of hostesses asked me about it, but then didn't say anything more about it. There was one night at Asa where there was nothing I could eat for dinner. Fortunately was able to go over to the fish deck. It would be great if they could offer alternatives at each restaurant like you do at the Truck Stop. Minor thing here, there were a lot of TV channels that were listed on the guide that weren't accessible when I tried to tune to them.

Breakfast, the restaurant was dull and not very welcoming , the restaurant had a lingering smell of damp Admin staff were not accommodating. We spent 10 nights in 3 x different rooms but although the hotel was half full we had to wait to move rooms, NO Continuity for an AI holiday, we did book two nights before and one night after the main holiday, I did present my facts and did complain on several occasions without response Admin booked us a taxi and then gave it to a family as the taxi driver wanted to benefit the extra $ Ignorant security staff yelling at my 13 year old granddaughter because she was not wearing a wristband, yet on check-in we were informed that under 15s were not given wrist bands, after complaining she was given a wrist band, as every other child wore one, an apology plus plate of cheese and a bottle of wine was given to us, this was an AI holiday, the wine was left unopened and the cheese went into the bin Ignorant security staff yelling at guests attempting to erect beach umbrella's, but no information was supplied or any notices posted to advise guests Ignorant security staff yelling at guests to keep off the grass but no notices were posted to advise guests Ignorant security staff informing me when heading to the beach that I would be fined $250 if I took any towel to my room

we liked the resort, I think it has everything, nice beach, comfortable chairs, we liked the restaurants but we expected more for breakfast, like more variety the room was ok but simple, nothing too crazy
