The car parks were very tight
The staffs were super helpful in providing useful information on what Whistler has to offer. They gave us coupon for the zip line adventure. The kids love the candy bar that the hotel put out every afternoon.
The kitchen didn’t have dishwasher - but the maid did the dishes for us as part of the housekeeping (thank you!!!).
Location, facilities & staff
Not having proper A/C in the bedroom made us wish we had booked the standard room vs the suite as it was quite warm even with the a/c left on all night and the bedroom door open. Also the coffee supplied in the room was absolutely awful, I mean terrible, a watery mess of liquid.
