The desk assistant said breakfast is not included in reservation, which it was when I make this reservation. This particular staff was hostile to me and my children. He said the hotel system not accept visa debit, he made me left my children in the middle of the night to Costal Hotel just to proof his point. It was a gentle man that also came to lodge that came to my rescue before he brought out the interact machine to process my debit visa transaction.

The staff that I had encountered with was hostile and lack customer service etiquette. He was rude, I spent over 2hrs before I was check I. The house keeping staff that came to arrange the room took my ceramic plate and my plastic bowl.I contacted reception desk to request for my items but staff said they are lied that it was broken. This particular staff that said my bowl is broken asked a day before by stay if am already parking my belongings.

The hotel is located downtown and seems very new. The room was clean and comfortable it was a decent size. Staff were very friendly and efficient.

Not really too much room for improvement

Decor is lovely, I like that they texted to see how we liked the room and asked if we needed anything. Public overnight parking on weekends is $6 next to the hotel.

My only complaint was that the water pressure in our shower was very low. Also I would have preferred some more information about the areas to dos or restaurant or nightlife.

Location, very friendly staff, specially front desk.

They don't have concierge. If you travel with senior citizens, it's very difficult to handle your own luggage. One out of two elevators were out of service. The last day, the second elevator was out of service as well. :(

Excellent modern hotel just like the pictures. Really lovely rooms and bathrooms. Convenient basement parking or right next to a car park. The peloton bike in the gym was a bonus!
