The room was medium sized. The hotel is close to Newport. The hotel staff has good service attitude.

It takes about 15 minutes to get from the hotel to the MRT station with suitcases, which is not very convenient. Breakfast is a bit low value for money as there are few choices and it's pricey.

Beautiful old hotel with nice...

Beautiful hotel, even more incredible with Christmas decorations. Room was wonderful, especially with the old wooden beams. Hotel breakfast was outstanding. Front desk staff were welcoming and always eager to help. Great location with so much to see and do within walking distance. Appreciated the coffee in the lobby and at the bar.

No parking at the hotel one of the three days we were there. Also, was in room when they came to clean it and they just threw comforter and pillows on floor and my open suitcase while only the fitted sheet was changed.

Great option in central Copenhagen

Rooms were great - large and well renovated with lots of beams and original features. Beds were so comfortable and bathroom excellent. Staff were friendly, and location was perfect - just steps from Nyhavn.

Would definitely return

Great style, even though there was apparently renovation being done in the lobby it didn’t impact our stay in any way. The loft room we stayed in was beautiful and very comfy bed.
