The location, the facilities, the building, onsite restaurant/cafe, the little extras, the view from top floor, the ease of checking in and out, the ease of getting in and out of the building, size of room, bed and bathroom, the cleanliness, the ease of delivery of take away and overall just a wonderful stay.
While the bed was large and comfy, the mattress was extremely firm which contributed to flare up and difficult sleep for chronic illness. Other than that, and I hope its something that can be looked into as I can't wait to return!
Clean and great value for money
slightly further away from central by walking and by taxi only 15 minutes away but taxis are expensive in Amsterdam. It is best to get an uber or a bike which makes travelling into central more affordable. Otherwise if you're happy to walk 40 minutes and have the time then that's not bad. I was pressed for time each day I had to go in so I had to go with ubers everyday which added up the cost. This is clearly not any fault of the hotel but just expressing my experience.
Cleanliness and ease of getting around, metro at the door literally Perfect for solo travelers
Rooms are a bit smaller. Perfect for solo travel, and very practical and functional.
Overall vibe was nice. The neighborhood was quiet. Metro station is really close.
I think it's a bit pricey. Cafe closes early.
Very peculiar place, looks a bit mid-way between a cool student house and an hotel (without subtracting anything to the hotel part, which is very comfortable and rather good level
