The staff was so friendly and kind, very accommodating. The front desk agent went above and beyond took amazing instagram photos for me AND the manager was so helpful gave us great directions to explore the hotel, big shout out to valet for ALSO helping us with street directions. I would stay here over and over again. When i travel back to Oklahoma this will be the first on my list. I have never felt so at home or welcomed in a hotel. They take the CAKE!
Nothing it was perfect
Beautiful hotel. Great bar. Comply room.
Bed was a bit old and worn on one side. Room was smaller than what I have been used to being assigned there.
The location was very safe and central to lots of things (were able to just lime anywhere) and the topper was the hotel felt very official and nice to be in.
The only charming feel
No disappointments
It was just an ok stay. The bar was good
The room had an old musty smell. The corners in the bathroom was dirty. There was a small white pill just laying in the floor. A stain on the bed spread. I'm a Hilton honors member was still charged for bottles of water. The valet parking is way overpriced. The front desk person was rude when we were leaving.
The lobby was nice enough. The rooms were dingy and the air was not working. I had to call down and switch to another room. The second room was dingy and didn’t appear to be completely clean and set up. There was a stain on one of the comforters and we found holes in the towels in the bathroom. The carpet in front of one of the beds had something on it. We put a towel over it. Upon checking out-I wasn’t asked how our stay was. Very little interaction with the checkout person. She was not rushed. No one else was checking out. I did ask her if she was interested in how my stay was after she told me I was all checked out. She just tilted her head and kind of shrugged her shoulders. I politely mention above issues. Overall not a good experience. I will not be back.
