Atmosphere and decorations, ideal for long stay. Front staff is friendly and working spaces is very good.
Decoration and ideal of interior
Convenient location: 6 min from Earl's Court tube station with 3 lines going to major attractions and a bus stop next to the hotel. The studio had all necessities for a rather independent living: kitchenette with a stove, fridge, kettle and kitchen utensils. The room was clean and the bed comfy (although it can be too soft for some people). The shower was excellent. The bonus was a possibility to use an on-site laundry for free, and we regretted having brought so much extra cloths :). The staff were very friendly and accommodating; the common area downstairs, including cafe, bar and working space was pretty cool. Internet was super-fast and without any interruptions, probably the best we experienced in hotels. Overall, this hotel is good for DIY people with excellent value for money, and we will not hesitate to book it again.
Relatively minor shortcomings. The biggest one was that room was extremely dark, and even the reading lights were not good enough to really enable any reading. The toilet flush was not very efficient: one had to flush several times to to make it clean; not a big deal, but time consuming and not very environment-friendly :). There was no coffee machine in the room, this was a minor inconvenience since you can always buy coffee in bags in a nearby supermarket or use an on-site cafe. For 9 days of stay we got cleaning only once; it was ok with us, since we don't mind cleaning a bit after ourselves, but it may come as a surprise to other people, so manage your expectations. If you need additional (clean) towels, they will be provided.
I loved the kitchen facilities the good sized integrated fridge the microwave and the fridge magnet that says sleep tight Loved sofa seating and table Nice and quiet Good blackout curtains Nice clean kettle Nice big towels
Didnt like the fact I couldnt tilt the TV so unable to see it from the seating. The TV flickered and I couldnt cast youtube No bright light in the kitchen area so I couldnt read recipes / menus etc I didnt like the poor service from the coffee barista I was there at 8am but no one to serve me
Service, design and cafe with bar:)
Loved the location and also the cafe / bar and breakfast idea. Room was great, quiet and clean, perfectly good kitchenette and big fridge
Can't think of anything bad!
Greeted by Precious who was lovely and set the tone for our stay. Room was lovely and stylish with all the facilities you could need and we had a comfortable and quiet night. Cafe was a great way to start the day and would highly recommend to anyone.
The sofa bench wasn't the most comfortable to sit and watch telly and as the telly didn't move round you couldn't watch it from the bed.
