the room I had looked like motel room, poorly maintained, definitely not four stars. Parking is very expensive, almost 1/4 of hotel room cost. Not worthy
I do not think that i will be my room's door arch is very loose... made me wait a good half hour to have a delegated room for me... saying that a previous guest checked out late... faucet leaking.?
furniture all look very outdated... the tv or the remote are almost useless... this is very disappointing for a hotel considered 4 stars

You advertised as 4 star hotel but it wasnt.
It is a good location.
Missing amenities, no fridge and micro wave. The only food is in the bar and service is very slow, 20 minutes to get any service even a glass of wine. Food and wine are expensive. $23 for a glass of wine, $180 for an entree and 2 glasses of wine each
